Nancy’s teen years were spent at the US headquarters of a mission organization where her parents were working as missionaries. Biblical training in church, school and at Messiah College helped prepare her for church work she has enjoyed for over 25 years. Marriage to a Pastor exposed her to other aspects of congregational relationships. Nancy developed a program for young children, directed Vacation Bible School and led a church training program for church safety in addition to various teaching roles. Years of work with youth groups and teaching adult classes help Nancy understand all facets of church programs. Nancy has seen church from both church leadership roles and as a church member.
Working in different business roles over the years helps Nancy understand both the worker and the leader. Being exposed to different settings as well as the training she has gained helps Nancy enter your workplace with an open mind, able to ask questions and analyze policies.
Training has helped Nancy better understand the complexities of families and become better able to serve.
